We would like to congratulate the DST - Development Centre for Ship Technology and Transport Systems on the christening of the research vessel ELLA. With this development platform funded by the German Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport, the DST impressively demonstrates Duisburg's pioneering role in research on intelligent and green inland navigation.

We wish ELLA a safe journey and always more than a hand's breadth of water under the keel.

We would also like to thank you very much for the invitation and we were happy to be there!
